I’m Eddy Balaya. I founded Datasphere Dynamics to connect the decisions leaders need to make with the systems their people need to use.
My background is in enterprise IT, including work in regulated environments. That experience shapes the way I approach a project: understand the business, be clear about the constraints, and build something that can be operated and supported.
Today, that means working across IT and AI. Sometimes the right contribution is an independent view on a difficult decision. Sometimes it is a workflow, an application or infrastructure that needs to be built. Sometimes it is an ongoing partnership with the team keeping it all running.
